Michiel Berssenbrugge is managing partner of Reputation and beyond. Michiel develops and implements innovative communication strategies & programs for companies and executives. He has been chair in complex crisis situations with international impact, created the award-winning Heineken Experience in Amsterdam. Michiel also has initiated and supervised international research and co-creation programs with young adults, living in the most popular cities of the world.
Reputation and beyond has a distinctive philosophy how to build and protect corporate reputations by creating memories for the future. Memories strongly influence the process of making choices and decisions.
